Can the S3000 handle mixed lead pitch on one board?
Yes. Each feeder station can carry a different pitch (2.5 / 5.0 / 7.5 / 10 mm) and the insertion head adjusts lead-forming span per station, so a single program can mix pitches without manual changeover.
How many operators does one machine replace?
On a typical radial-heavy board, one S3000 plus a loader replaces 6–10 manual insertion operators per shift. The exact number depends on component count per board — send us a BOM and board drawing for a free staffing audit.
What is the payback period?
