The S4000 inserts axial leaded components and jumper wires horizontally at high speed, including the jumper wires that radial machines cannot place. Paired with an S3000 radial machine it forms a complete automatic THT insertion cell covering both component families.

Common questions

Do I need both an axial and a radial machine?

If your BOM mixes axial resistors/diodes with radial capacitors and LEDs, yes — the two machines cover different lead geometries. Share your BOM and we will calculate the minimum cell configuration.

Can it insert jumper wires without buying pre-formed jumpers?

Yes. The JW head forms, cuts and inserts the jumper directly from wire reel, removing the cost and lead time of pre-formed jumper inventory.
