Odd-form components are where manual assembly hides. The S7900 uses interchangeable grippers and vision-guided placement to insert large, irregular through-hole parts that standard radial/axial inserters cannot handle — often the single biggest labour pool on a THT line.

Common questions
How do you handle a component we have never automated before?
Send us 20 samples plus the board. We design and machine the gripper, run a feeding trial on video, and ship the validated gripper with the machine. This service is included in the machine price.
Is the machine worth it for only two odd-form parts per board?
Usually yes, if volume exceeds roughly 300 boards per day. Two manual insertion stations cost more over 24 months than one S7900, and the machine also removes the training and quality variance that come with hand placement.
