Common questions
Do I need SPI as well?
SPI is not mandatory but it closes the loop. If your defect target is below roughly 200 ppm on fine-pitch parts, budget for SPI and closed-loop feedback to the printer.
Can it print 0201 and 0.4 mm pitch BGA?
Yes with the correct stencil and Type 4/5 paste. We validate with your actual board during acceptance testing.
