Radial Insertion Machine
Up to 18,000 CPH vertical radial insertion — the workhorse of a THT-automated EMS line
Inline lead trimming straight after wave soldering, with height-controlled cut and vacuum extraction
| PCB width | 50–350 mm |
|---|---|
| Cut height | 0.8–3.0 mm adjustable |
| Throughput | Up to 1,800 boards/hour (board dependent) |
| Cutter | Carbide or HSS, quick-change cartridge |
| Extraction | Integrated vacuum swarf collection |
| Conveyor | ESD belt, speed matched to line |
| Interface | SMEMA |
| Power | AC 220 V, 0.4 MPa |
After wave soldering, protruding leads must be trimmed to specification before test and assembly. The S-320AT cuts inline at line rate with adjustable cut height, collects swarf by vacuum and keeps the board flat — no separate off-line station, no extra handling.
Up to 18,000 CPH vertical radial insertion — the workhorse of a THT-automated EMS line
Horizontal axial and jumper-wire insertion with dual JW heads and 360° rotary table
Automate the components nobody else can — transformers, connectors, heat sinks, tact switches, fuse holders
