Radial Insertion Machine
Up to 18,000 CPH vertical radial insertion — the workhorse of a THT-automated EMS line
Pneumatic or electric stencil cleaning that pays for itself in reduced print defects
| Max stencil size | Up to 800 × 800 mm frame |
|---|---|
| Cycle time | Wash 3–6 min, dry 3–5 min |
| Filtration | Multi-stage, down to 5 µm |
| Drive | Pneumatic (S-1688) or electric (SME800) |
| Drying | Heated forced air |
| Solvent | Water-based or solvent agent, customer specified |
| Exhaust | Integrated extraction port |
| Power | AC 220 V, compressed air for S-1688 |
A dirty stencil is the cheapest defect source to fix and the most expensive to ignore. The S-1688 (pneumatic) and SME800 (electric) clean stencils, misprinted boards and squeegees in a closed solvent circuit, with filtration that extends bath life and keeps the cleaning room within exposure limits.
