Two cleaning jobs, two machines. The SME-350MB removes flux residue from finished PCBAs inline after reflow or wave soldering. The SME-5200 strips accumulated flux and carbonised residue off wave soldering pallets and reflow fixtures — the maintenance task that quietly destroys solder yield when skipped.

We run no-clean flux — do we still need cleaning?
Not for every product. Cleaning still pays when you conformal coat, when the board goes into a high-humidity or high-voltage environment, or when cosmetic residue causes customer rejection. We help you decide per product family rather than selling a machine you do not need.
