Depaneling is the last mechanical operation your board sees, and the easiest place to crack a ceramic substrate or fracture a BGA joint. We supply V-CUT separators, milling routers with vision, and laser depaneling for ceramic and FPC substrates.

Common questions
Router, V-CUT or laser?
Straight-line panel arrays on FR-4: V-CUT, cheapest and cleanest. Curved outlines or boards with components near the edge: vision router. Ceramic, thin FPC or stress-sensitive BGAs: laser, because it applies no mechanical load at all.
