FAQ

Common questions

Can it insert loose metal PINs from a bowl feeder reliably?
Yes, for PIN geometries that orient consistently. We run a feeding trial with your samples before quoting; if bowl feeding is unstable we recommend reel or belt feeding instead.
How do you guarantee no missing PINs?
Each insertion is monitored for force and height, and the camera verifies presence before the board leaves the station. Out-of-tolerance boards are rejected automatically.
