A dirty stencil is the cheapest defect source to fix and the most expensive to ignore. The S-1688 (pneumatic) and SME800 (electric) clean stencils, misprinted boards and squeegees in a closed solvent circuit, with filtration that extends bath life and keeps the cleaning room within exposure limits.

Pneumatic or electric — which is safer?
The pneumatic S-1688 has no electrical components in the cleaning chamber, which simplifies compliance where solvent vapour ignition risk must be documented. The electric SME800 gives higher spray pressure and shorter cycles where the cleaning room already carries the right classification.
