Belt feeder or bowl feeder — which should I choose?
Belt feeders win on small, flat, low-value parts that must not tangle and need low maintenance. Bowl feeders win on simple symmetric metal parts at higher speed. We publish a head-to-head comparison PDF and will recommend based on your samples.
Can you build a feeder for a part that has never been automated?
That is our core service. Send 20 samples and the target board; our mechanical team designs, machines and video-tests the feeder, then ships it validated.
